Mr. Pams Cleaning Concept LLC (“Mr. Pams”, “we” or “us”) provides cleaning products to our customers.

How We Use Information We Collect

- Infomaniak provides us with the online platform that hosts our Site and allow sus to sell our products to you. Your Personal Information will be processed and stored in accordance with Infomaniak’s privacy policy at https://www.infomaniak.com/en/legal/confidentiality-policy.
- In order to place an order on the Site, you will need to pay for the products you order. We process payments through PayPal and Square, and your Personal information will be shared with the payment service providers you elect to use to pay for products (such as your credit card providers and PayPal). - We work with Shipstation to arrange for shipment of products you order to you. Shipstation’ s Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.shipstation.com/privacy-policy/. You may select a third party company to deliver products that you purchase from us (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). Third party providers may have their own privacy policies with respect to the information that we are required to provide to them for the services they provide in order to complete your transaction. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by those providers. We do not control the collection or use of your information by third party companies, and our Privacy Policy does not extend to external websites or companies.
We may engage trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, such as third party providers of cloud storage, email providers, and others who need your information to provide services to us (or to provide services to you on our behalf). Our business is located in the state of Michigan in the United States of America, and our Site currently can be used to deliver products within the United States. Applicable Law

There are some states and countries that have laws granting their residents certain rights related to their Personal Information. Our Michigan business does not currently conduct business in those states and countries, and we do not currently control or process a sufficient volume of Personal Information about residents of those jurisdictions in order for these laws to apply.
